I had read the reviews of this company before they picked up the bid to move my son's car from Florida to Washington, so I was a little nervous about what to expect. There was no reason to fear - everything went smoothly. True, the driver was a little hard to understand with a very thick Russian accent, but he was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous.

If this is your first time transporting a vehicle, you need to understand that the drivers are trying to get where they are going as quickly as possible so they are using a GPS to find you and your car and then they will ask you to come to someplace close to the freeway exit so that 1) they can minimize down time and 2) they don't get stuck someplace with their big car carrier and can't turn around. I think people not realizing this is what has led to some of their negative reviews.

Our driver Nick called us two hours before the pickup to let us know he would be there. He arrived right when he said he would. Despite a little confusion on where to meet him (our problem, not his - we were not familiar with that part of Tallahassee), he found us just fine, performed the inspection in less than 10 minutes and took the car.

The trip to Washington took a few days longer than Nick originally estimated, but he had given us his cell number at pickup and we were able to reach him and get a new estimated delivery date and time. Again, he arrived just when he said he would. He, again, called an hour and a half ahead of arrival and then arrived exactly when he said he would. This time, having learned the procedure, we were able to figure out exactly where he was and picked up the car and drove off in less than five minutes.
