My car was picked up exactly on time and arrived across the country one day ahead of schedule, in perfect condition and dropped off by a very courteous driver. My only caveat is that I had to repeatedly call 1stChoice to find out when they were going to schedule the pick-up of the car- they had a tough time finding honest and reliable drivers (and I very much appreciated the fact that they are very picky about their drivers) but everything would have been perfect had they simply kept me in the loop via an email or a phone call. Still, even if they are rather reluctant to stay in touch (unlike many other companies, which aggressively pursue your business) they are honest and very reliable, and overall I was very pleased with their service. I'll be using them again.
