SCAM from Tricking company (not Trucking!)

I’m just next victim of Harvey and Sam SCAM team. The same fraud: “One of our trucks had a cancelation and I can offer you a discount…” Finally they do not have any truck and ordered truck for price almost twice bigger than quoted price without notifying you. Really they forgot even requested pickup day and stop to communicate with you after receiving deposit. Frustrated with 4 days after pickup day waiting for answer I have made decision to drive my car by own instead of shipping and have asked to cancel contract and refund my deposit $175: they wake up and ordered truck with 7 days late pickup for $1225 total expanses instead of quoted $795 and refuse to return money back.
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
If a class action lawsuit will brought forward I have all fraudulent emails from Harvey and Sam saved (they communicate with me every 3 hours even in weekend and stop communicate after receiving deposit)

How could anyone like this lie, the car was picked up within the timeframe of the service ordered standard service 10-15 day pickup, it was picked up 5 days after original requested pickup date. The additions were spelled out in the contract and the terms and conditions, evidently this person was going to play games on delivery and he did. The customer is the SCAM- SCAM- SCAM SHAME ON YOU
