Subject: Austin to Seattle Move
Review:I used AmeriFreight as my broker to schedule transport of my Nissan Altima from Austin to Seattle. I have nothing but good things to say. I was initially contacted by Aaron from Amerifreight less than 30 minutes after submitting my information. He explained the rates and the Central Booking system to me in detail. I chose to go with the economy rate, which means that I didn't get a guaranteed pickup date. However, my Altiima was picked up on the 3rd day of availability (out of a 7-day window).

There was a slight break in communication when AmeriFreight called me to say that they'd found a shipper and that the shipper would contact me, but the shipper never did. But when I called AmeriFreight to tell them this, the dispatcher I spoke with was incredibly friendly and helpful and immediately got the shipper into contact with me.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend AmeriFreight, primarily because of their excellent customer service.
