Subject: bad experience
Review:This company was recommended by America's moving services when I moved from Texas to Washington. I gave a month notice and detail of my date. My oringial pick up date (window)and delivery date was about 10 apart. I was told that it can be done when I paid for deposit. On the last day of the pick up window, I called them to find out what is going. Becasue, I did not hear from them. It turn out they are STILL LOOKING for driver for me. One week after the oringial pick up date, they still CANNOT find me a driver. I asked for refund and they said there is no refund and I should read the terms and conditions. But the terms and conditions has nothing about delay caused by them. I was very upset was them. I do not know when my car will be picked up. Finally, I called America's moving services - they moved my household items by the way. I had a great experience with them. Eric, the owner at AMS took care everything for me. He requested the refund from them and arranged another carrier for me. I have to pay a little more at the end. But I have my car now - priceless.
