| Very Bad Shipping Company do NOT use RUDE will NOT compesate damages |
We hired this shipping company to ship our son's car to him for his birthday and because they were cheaper in price than anybody when we called around. I was told by another company during the calls you get what you pay for and to use ONLY a 5 STAR rating company and you will also be very HAPPY and if not you will get all your money back (at least with them). We used this company instead due to their lower price, but was really hesitant on and about their reviews and I did question it on the phone when we set up this delivery, the lady seemed like what to me. When this transport company came to our home to deliver car, there was hydraulic fluid all over the street in many places we are talking huge spill spots and it was covered all over the car, top windshield, covered everywhere pretty bad. I called the company Bluestar in Florida right away and they said to have the car taken care of professionally right away and they promised that they would not leave us hanging on this several times to me on the phone, and then to also call Reggie the delivery driver, which I I did as soon as the car was done being detailed, he never answered my call nor returned any phone calls back to us either after us leaving him a message and our address for reimbursement of car detail company and stating we have a receipt as well as we left our phone number. The car cost us $100.00 to have professionally cleaned (detailed) to get that all off without scratching the paint due to the dirt stuck all over it. I called Bluestar again 2 days ago, because of us never hearing from Reggie, the driver and they were belligerent on the phone to me, yelling rudely at me, they refused to pay for the detail saying the price was too high to clean their mess and filth off the car when it was in fact their fault, not ours. They also told me that they could have cleaned it with dish washing soap in 5 minutes or it should have never cost over $50.00 to of been cleaned, which the floor mats and seats had to be cleaned too due to it must have been on the drivers shoes or pants or something which the car has black interior so that will tell you how bad it was if it was to be able to show up on it and smell like it too inside the car. The car was purchased from a car dealership that was advertised on Ebay which was it fully detailed before their listing and of their photos too advertising it. The vehicle came to us with additional damage on it, long scratches dug into the paint. I recommend NOT using this company to ship anything at all. They have very poor customer service, they argue with their customers when the rule of thumb is that a customer is always RIGHT. If you do NOT want to be treated like we were and your car damaged, I would recommend getting a PROFESSIONAL delivery shipping company of your vehicle, go with a 5 STAR shipping company NOT this one. Good Luck to you all if you use this company, that we feel strongly and deeply is a 0 (Zero) Star company!
