It seems that all of the companies use the same list of truckers. I am not sure why one company has better success over others. I will say that I paid more than I had hoped to get my car shipped across country. My previous reservation with a transportation company resulted in 3-weeks of wasted time waiting for my vehicle to be picked up. A couple hundred dollars more and my vehicle got tagged for picked up within an hour or so. I admit to being skeptical if my vehicle would actually get picked up. After waiting 3 weeks w/o success I think you can understand why. I was a bit discouraged by the late pick-up also. I understand that schedules are flexible and dates may change. But again, after a 3-wk wait I was frustrated and concerned that i'd once again been passed by. Turns out the trucker was a bit late - one day and turned the car over to me a whole day earlier than expected - quite a nice surprise.

All of that to say that yes, I would use Domestic Auto Transort again. Their representative, Holly kept in touch and was definitely on top of the situation. Holly was professional in every aspect with delivering good customer service.
