I submitted my online order beginning of June 2010 for a pickup in the last week of June from California to Texas. They had a whole month to find me a driver. Three days before the scheduled pickup and no word from them, I got anxious and called them. They said I needed to wait as they are trying to locate a driver. I would be getting an email and a call from the driver. I asked what the chances of my car being picked up on that Monday and the girl said it shouldn't be a problem since it was a popular route between two big cities.

Monday comes around and no call. I called and told to wait. I wait a couple days and called them again, same story and told to wait. Time was running out for me to have the car picked up and was assured that they would have a driver by the end of the week.

Well, the end of the week came and no driver. I couldn't wait any longer and decided to drive myself.
They said that 90% of the cars are picked up in the first week. I must have been the unlucky 10%. I would think they would know a week in advance the chances of getting an early pickup versus late pickup. But each time I called, they were very optimistic my car would be picked up in the first week. Those girls don't know what they are talking about.

I asked for a refund on my deposit. One month later, I'm still waiting. Apparently, there is only one guy in the whole place who does refunds and he's been on vacation for a whole MONTH!!! I want my money BACK!!!!

Use www.autotransportdirect.com at your own risk. I read their reviews and ended up driving the car myself and still without a refund on my deposit. :(

We checked into James complaint and found that a new employee had not processed his order properly, which caused his refund not to have been returned in a timely fashion. Sometimes we goof and this is one of those times. It does not happen often.
