I was a little overwhelmed with the onslaught of trucking quotes coming at me after filling out an online form. Most of these quotes were coming out of Florida. I decided I would prefer to deal with someone local in case there was a problem. I checked out the reviews for Parker trucking and they seemed very favorable. When I called them, it turned out they were on vacation in California and would be back in the office next week. When I told Joanne I was really anxious to get this going she said she would do what she could. Later that day she called to let me know she had a driver and 2 days later my vehicle was being picked up.

I had paid for an open transport but it worked out that an enclosed trailer picked up my vehicle. I understand it was just luck that my vehicle was along the enclosed truck's route and this does not happen very often but it was a nice surprise. It was also nice I did not get a call from Parker trucking trying to upcharge me for the enclosed ride!

It was a great experience and I am very pleased how quickly they got the ball rolling, especially when they were out of the office for a week. I would definately recommend them to my friends and family!
