Subject: Crooks
Review:Don't waste your money or your time. Dealing with these crooks is a part time job. I contacted them about shipping my car. I gave them my credit card number for the $125 deposit and was told that I needed to sign/return an authorization email before they would charge me. In the meantime, I read the paperwork and read that the transporter "may" add on a fuel surcharge. I emailed Tom and asked what that was, his response "don't worry about it." Sure. Right. So I emailed Tom and said "forget it" at which time he told me that he already charged my credit card. I told him that I hadn't filled out the authorization yet and he said "well you gave me verbal authorization". So why bother with the paperwork then Tom? From that point on, I contacted Miranda several times for a refund and never received a response, I called and called and Tom was "out." I spoke with another woman who was rude and said it was "taken care of". I finally received an email saying that I needed to get a refund through my credit card company because the account they used to charge my card (?) had fraudulent activity and their funds were frozen. Whatever. So I have spent hours on the phone with the credit card to get this resolved. Thankfully the credit card company is working on this. I think this is RIDICULOUS that they're even in business. Don't BOTHER!
