Subject: MY TRUCK
Review:I have a problem with my truck that was arrived 58 days ago to BOMA in Democratic Republic of Congo,but this can not be release because I do not have my BOL.
The payment was deducted from my account ( $10395) but nothing was done to get me the document
that I need to get my truck.
This was requested since April 29TH but not answer.
All my calls & email are not answered .
Sabrina time to time will tell me that she is sending an e-mail to them but up to now nothing change,
every day that pass by cost me money for storage.
If I have to write all detail for this transaction from pick up - up today that will be a book. but this is the
point , I need my BOL ASP . The problem is that there is many people with the same problem with this company.
My first e-mail with Miranda for this booking was in 03/10/2010 ,and today is 07/13/2010 . this is just ridicules
If there is know answer the next 72 hours , I will be forced to take an other step.
