Chris, at Direct Auto Movers, was great to work with! He always answered the phone, everytime I called. He was AWESOME about talking to the people the car was being picked up from. I really appreciated that. He was always up front, and honest about costs, shipment, driver, etc.
I had to dump another shipping company because they couldn't get their stuff together. At last minute, Chris was able to assure me that he could get a driver quickly, and he did. Even over the 4th of July weekend, Chris was able to get a driver and have my car picked up quickly. It was amazing.
