Subject: SCAM
Review:Nevermind the fact that I was never contacted for a pick up and my vehicle was not transported. I received an e-mail saying that my deposit was going to be refunded. I called to see what was going on and why I was being refunded and my car not transported. Bob, Ext. 105, says that Crowley is changing the way they do business and now they will not be charging the deposit at the time of booking the transport but instead the deposit will be charged when a trucking company has confirm the transport. All customers are being refunded their deposits. Ok fine. It has been 2 weeks past the date my vehicle should have been picked up. I'm told it will probably not be picked up unless I pay more. Our conversation ends with no vehicle pick up and my security deposit supposedly refunded. It has not been a week and a half since the last phone contact and still no refund. I have been calling but can never get anyone to answer. I have e-mailed several times and no response. Today, I call and both the 800 number and the local number are disconnected.
