Subject: Complaint
Review:I will not used them again. They gave me a quote for the transportation, it took a while to get a trucker to pick up my car from Arizona, and them they call me and they raise the price for $ 200.00 more than what they quote me. I payed because it already took time to get a trucker and go with a different company was going to be more time, but I think if they give you a quote is theyr problem if they find or a trucker with the price that thet gave to you. What they did was not ok at all, no way to do business with them anymore.

Fernando, I'm sorry that you feel this way. We gave you a quote and we tried to find a carrier to move you in a timely manner. Carriers call in all the time requesting additional funds, but we are at the mercy of the carriers, so that is why we call you first before accepting. We also told you that it could take anywhere from now til 8 working days to find a carrier, we dispatched your vehicle on the 8th working day. I'm glad you got your car and we are sorry that you were not satisfied with your service. Sherina
