I was very skeptical about using a transport company, but after such a great experience with Creative Rides Auto Transport and A-1 Logistics I would definitely use their services again. Laki, the representative with Creative Rides was honest about their service, and he worked on my behalf to acquire a driver as soon as possible. In fact, my car was transported a day before the scheduled pick-up date, and I had it within 48hrs.Also, I paid $125 less than most of the other quotes that I received!
My car wouldn't start a few hours before the scheduled time, so I called the transport company to let them know. Adam (with A-1 Logistics) informed me that he wasn't a towing company, but that he would try a few things to get the car started. Fortunately, all it need was a battery and fuse, but they said that Adam showed up with his tools ready to help. I really appreciated the service. I was able to reach Adam, and he kept me informed on the expected arrival time of my car. I had a perfect experience with Creative Rides Auto Transport and A-1 Logistics.
