I booked my car pick up through Ben Davidson when I called back with further questions I was told to call customer service which a Jonathon picks up; from the first time I talked to Jonathon he was very rude and disrespectful to me. I was told when I booked with Ben that my car would be picked up on Friday 5/7 or Sat 5/8. When the trucker never called me I called Jonathon for assistance, he told me to wait the trucker will call me, after getting upset with him he finally helped me, this was after I had to call him back again because after 2 ½ hrs I still hadn’t received a return phone call. After that the trucker finally called and said it won’t be picked up until Sunday morning. No show on Sunday morning 5/9, so I called Jonathon again who answered the phone but told me he doesn’t work Sundays. I finally got a hold of the trucker via his cell phone from caller ID, the trucker’s truck broke down, and he would be there Monday 5/10. Monday comes and we hear from the trucker again that he won’t be in until Tuesday 5/11. I call the trucker on Tuesday 5/11 to see if he is going to pick up today and confirm that I owe him $620.00 at delivery, he said I show you owe me $945.00. I was quote $845.00 a deposit of $175.00 and I owe the trucker $620.00. So I hung up with the trucker and called Jonathon back and Jonathon told me to read my contract and if it is picked up in 7 days I owe an additional $220.00, we did not have a rush for this vehicle, I was told by Ben on Tuesday 5/4 when he quoted me that they had room on a truck for a Friday 5/7 or 5/8 pick up date and because they wanted to fill this spot he would give it to me at a great price $845.00. After a heated argument back and forth, Jonathon and I decide to not do business together, I was promised by Jonathon that I would see my refund of $175.00 by the end of the day. I have contacted my credit card and PayPal regarding my issues with this company. I want to also point out that when I received my contract via e-mail it came to me via Fairway Auto Transport, I think these guys are running via several different company names and several different personal names depending on which company they are calling for. Please stay far away from these guys!!!!
