Review:

Creative Rides Auto Transport was very helpful in arranging the transport. They worked with my budget and responded to all my emails very promptly and with all the requested information.

The transport service, Advance Car Carrier Corp., picked up the car from Seattle on time. I called Dan to get an estimate of arrival and I was told 7-10 days. On the 8th day, I called and spoke to someone who had to ask other people before giving me an answer. He said the car was in Georgia and should arrive the next day. The next day the driver called to tell me he was having problems with the truck and would arrive the next day. Long story short, the car arrived on the 13th day after several conversations with the driver. I asked him to come at 7p so there would be enough light outside for me to see the car. He arrived at 11pm. He was a bit too friendly and I was a uncomfortable dealing with him alone at night. Plus I couldn't thoroughly check the car for damages. I used a flashlight and reluctantly signed the receipt. The driver called my cell phone soon after he left. I didn't answer and he didn't leave a message, so I don't think it was for professional reasons. The car was fine, but the next day I learned that the trailer was parked on my cross street the entire night. I know the guy has to sleep, but it made me nervous.

Creative Rides is awesome, but the carrier they chose doesn't reflect their high customer service standards.
