Subject: NO TRANSPORT/NO CALL BACKS
Review:I TRIED TO TRANSPORT A 2000 GMC 3500 PICKUP FROM BROOKLYN TO THE EASTERN SHORE OF VA. I QUESTIONED THE FIRST QUOTE OF $377.00 AND TOLD THEM IT WAS A DUAL REAR WHEEL AND WAS RE-QUOTED $468.00. THAT SOUNDED FAIR SO I WENT WITH IT. WELL BEFORE GIVING MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER OUT EVERY CALL AND E-MAIL WAS RESPONDED TO QUICKLY AND I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A DONE DEAL (WRONG)! I TOLD THE DRIVER OVER THE PHONE THE DAY BEFORE PICK UP IT WAS A DUAL WHEEL TRUCK AND I THOUGHT HE UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH BUT I GUESS NOT.THE GUY I BOUGHT THE TRUCK FROM WASTED HIS TIME AND WAS TOLD BY DRIVER HE WOULD NOT TAKE IT. I ONLY KNOW THIS BECAUSE OF THE GUY THAT SOLD ME THE TRUCK NOT THE TRUCKING CO. OR GLOBAL LOGISTICS. AFTER NO CALLS OR E-MAILS I AM GETTING THE TITLE OVERNIGHTED TO ME SO I CAN GET TAGS AND ME AND THE WIFE WILL DRIVE UP AND GET IT ON FRIDAY BECAUSE IT COMES DOWN TO IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT DO IT YOURSELF! I DO NOW HATE AUTO TRANSPORTERS AND UNDERSTAND THEIR SLOGAN.ALL I CAN SAY IS BEWARE! AND TO PETE I SAY I TRIED CONTACTING YOU THRU OVER 15 CALLS TO EVERY NUMBER YOU HAVE ALL DAY LONG AND ABOUT 6 E-MAILS TO ALL THE ADDRESSES I HAD.
