Subject: Never Picked up Vehicle
Review:DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am reposting this review since the original one was removed - Global Logistics requested that it be removed from the website since I was not a customer. I sent documentation to show that I had paid the deposit; received an email confirmation, and also a follow up note to say that it would be picked up for March 26th. They never called, never refunded the money, after 1 1/2 weeks of trying to contact them we gave up. BE WARNED - this company just changed ownership. My original review: DON'T USE THEM! We scheduled a pickup one month in advance. We had over $400 deposit put down in January. We were told pick up was scheduled for March 26th - day came and went. We tried to reach them but NEVER heard back from them. Persistant calls finally was able to reach a live person who said that they'd call back with the transport infomation. NEVER heard back. We were told that the company was just sold. I don't think the new owners understand how to run the business. We can't get our money back and the vehicle is still in Florida.
