I chose this company over Magic Carpet Auto Transport because Elizabeth was nicer to me on the phone, although the MCAT was offering a cheaper price. However, Domestic Auto Transport did match prices. Elizabeth was very friendly and easy to deal with. She had to go ask her boss some questions, but that didn't bother me. My only criticism is the driver that picked up the car didn't contact me when it was picked up. I don't live where the car was picked up so someone else was there for the car and they were contacted in advance, but I'm waiting at home and the driver never contacted me to let me know the car was picked up. I felt like the driver should have also contacted me, where the car is getting delivered too, to let me know it was picked up. The person who was there when the car was picked up contacted me to let me know. Overall, I'd use them again and recommend dealing with Elizabeth.
