Not bad.. Winshield damaged, but was fixed. Took a long time to pick up the vehicle at Mississippi
Kim and company was prompt with the follow-up. Took care of the extra costs when the actual price was over the quoted. Overall satisfied with the process

I am sorry that you feel our service was not as you expected. I wish we could have done more to help you. We were with in the time frame that we gave you as it states in our terms and conditions:
The normal pickup timeframe is 1 to 10 business days. Pickup and delivery dates are contingent upon carrier availability and season. All dates and times given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates or times of when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered. Carriers may be subject to delays. Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. will not be held responsible for any expense related to a delay (car rental fees, storage fees, accommodation fees, etc.)
I also told you that Mississippi is a harder state for a pick up, and we still managed to find a carrier for you in the time frame. I wish I could have done more and hope that you will use us again in the future.
