Subject: Impressive Service
Review:This was our first time transporting our vehicle. After researching several transport companies, we decided on Specialty Mobile Systems. The customer service was excellent; our contact was professional and knowledgeable on their product. We had to leave California by 2/23/2010 and our vehicle pickup date was 2/19/2010. We received a call on 2/18/2010 from Amy stating that she had a transporter scheduled for 2/19/2010 and since this was perfect for us, we prepared our vehicle.

The transport company Speedy Duck called us at 8pm (PST) the same night and informed us that he would be at our home by 8am (PST) on Friday, 2/19/2010. The driver, Mike was on time and even told us that he would have the vehicle in Colorado by Sunday, 2/21/2010. Our friend in Colorado received our vehicle for us at 10am (MT) in Fort Collins on Sunday, 2/21/2010. The vehicle was a little dirty, but that was expected.
