Subject: truck moving
Review:I would use Magic Carpet again for these reasons: my contact at magic carpet was Kathy Ashlock who was very helpful and friendly, the truck was picked up and delivered in a timely manner, and Magic Carpet was the lowest shipping rate that I could find.
I called Kathy several times and she was always cheerful and friendly. She never got annoyed with how may times I called her. She answered all my questions thoroughly.
I gave Magic Carpet short notice of my shipment and they were very good about getting it shipped quickly.
I got six or seven bids for shipping and Magic Carpet was the lowest shipping rate that I could find.
The only problem I had was when the truck was shipped toSeattle at the ship yard thay said the truck was to big to ship at the price quoted .They said it was too tall and too long. The truck has a little over sized tires .what i do not understand is why I would be charged more for the length of the truck.
Overall, I was very pleased with Magic Carpet's customer service and helpfulness. I would definitely recommend this company to others. My truck made it to its final destination just fine and very quickly. It was not difficult picking it up again either. Thank you for a job well done!
