I booked the transport of my car through Michael Laughman. He was great to deal with on the phone. He always answered the phone about the quote and was helpful. He faxed me the quote for 865 and I signed it and sent it back. Pretty easy. He posted the car and we waited. I called him a few times and made sure we were still on track and to verify the posting. After a few days I called him and he stated that we had a carrier lined up. He gave me the name and I called their dispatch. Things were going well. The truck driver called me when he got to the dealership and picked it up. 2 days later it arrived. The driver wanted 800 dollars COD. The contract was for 865 and Michael took out 165. I called up Michael and he gave me the run around. I then called the drivers dispatch and found that the contract was indeed for 800 bucks. Michael was screwing with me. So the driver got 800 bucks and Michael got 165. 100 dollars more than the quote. So I called the credit card company and had them refund 100 dollars back to me. The driver stated that this was a common problem with All State Carriers from boca raton. They will be lower than the competition. They will screw you. Make sure if you use them to use a credit card and make copies of all documentation. Beware and good luck calling them if there is a problem.
