| Great Customer Service, But Delays in Shipping |
I hired M2Reeves to deliver a vehicle needed for a television commercial. After working briefly with Katie, Emily became my main point of contact with no explanation. Although Emily was courteous and thorough, the unexplained delivery delay by Seint Auto Transport, the hired carrier, created major problems for production. I coordinated a multitude of production factors based on the ETA of the vehicle and scheduled the delivery allotting several extra days for a possible delay in pick up and travel time. Despite being picked up on time, the vehicle arrived 4 days after its due date, taking 15 days to go from California to Georgia. When asked about the delay, M2Reeves simply said that delays can occur for many reasons. I originally hired M2Reeves for the return trip also, but cancelled and switched to another company after the unreliable delivery. The new company only took 5 days to return the car to California. M2Reeves chose to ship the vehicle through Seint Auto Transport; therefore, Seint’s poor service directly affected my experience with M2Reeves. Since the hired carriers fulfill the service paid for by the customer, M2Reeves must be held accountable for the performance of these carriers as well.
