Subject: Kept me waiting
Review:I was satisfed when it came to the process what i got upset about is that it took a week to get the car to me and was told it would arrive tuesday night and it didnt arrive until wednesday late afternoon and it wasnt delievered to my house i had to pick it up down at Kohls because he said he couldnt get down the road. Funny thing is my husband a truck driver and he stops home in his truck no problem. I will say Red was amazing she got upset for me and she really handled the situation promptly. Thank you Red

Our goal is to offer excellent service. We expect excellent service from our carriers as well. Many carriers will seek to load and/or unload the vehicles at a well lit and open area; however, if the truck can get to the desired destination, they should deliver to that location. If carriers provide less than excellent service, they are reviewed and reconsidered for our preferred carrier list.
