I originally hired a different broker to ship my 2 cars from Washington DC to Massachusetts .My first mistake was going with the company who gave me the lowest quote. I called them each day for 2 weeks and kept getting the same response- " We haven't found a driver yet, just give us a couple more days". After 2 weeks of frustrating phone calls to that company, I decided to try Stateway Auto. Suzanne was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. I told her of my previous experience with the other company and she assured me that if I went with Stateway, she was confident she would find a driver within a couple of days, maybe even hours for only a few dollars more. Less than 24 hours later, Suzanne called me and had a driver enroute to my cars' location. Amazing, Suzanne and Stateway Auto were able to do in less than 1 day what the other company couldn't do in over 2 weeks. I am in the business of buying and remodeling older vehicles and I now know that wherever and whenever I need a vehicle shipped, I will contact Stateway Auto Transport and more specifically, Suzanne. Thank you, Suzanne ! I look forward to doing business with you again in the near future.
