I've never used a car transport company before and there was no way we could drive two cars from North carolina to arizona since I can't drive for long periods. I called late in the afternoon to place my order and including that day it only took two days before they picked my car up from my parent's house. My parents said the gentleman was very nice and on time. Since I'd already paid the deposit they didn't have to worry about any money changing hands. I was told in the quote that it could be as long as 7-10 days depending on other deliveries before I'd get my car, but that the driver would contact me a day before being in town. They picked up my car on a Wednesday evening and five days later, on Monday I had a phone call from Alfred (the driver) saying that he would either be in town later that night or the next morning and how late would be too late to pick up the car, he said he'd call me later that night when he was about an hour away. We'd determined that if it was too late to go and meet that night that he'd meet me the next morning. Around 10pm that night, he called to say he was on his way from a drop off about 20 min from our meet sight and was it too late or not to meet. I met him at Walmart and once again, he was very friendly and professional. I would definately use them again. The only thing that bothered me was wording used in their ads. They claim "door to door" service but as you can see I had to meet him at walmart, he did explain that the truck is too big to manuever in most city streets and neighborhoods, which I understand, it just goofed my plans up a little bit because for both the drop off and pick up that meant it involved two people. Otherwise, this is a great company! Very friendly on the phone took my order and let me call back with the deposit when I found the credit card, let me put up to 100lbs of clothes in the trunk of my car, got my car to me about as quick as we drove ourselves to get here, and allowed me to do a cash payment to the driver for the remainder of the fee.
