I beg all future customers please do not use this company unless you want to be lied to, called names, and talked to like a child and hung up on. They quoted me at $549 from Jacksonville, FL to San Diego, CA on 1-3-10 to pick up on the 1-18-10, no calls received from them, I had to call and when I got through on a few occasions it was the same story no trucks available to pick up, then on the 28th (10 days later from the 1st available pick up date) I miraculously got a call but saying I could get my van by 2-4-10 but it would cost me $799 instead of the original quoted price of $549. Why should a customer have to pay for their lateness? Then when I called to see about getting my refund of $199 which I gave to Paul over the phone on 1-3-10 I first was told that I could get half my deposit back then I called back and asked to talked to the manager and I talked to Paul and he said there was no refund at all on the deposit and pressured me to take it or leave it with a few name calling thrown in from him. So I felt forced to use their services or lose my deposit and have to start over again finding another transport co. This was the most horrible customer service experience I ever had to deal with, I am 46 years old active duty Navy and never had this type of horrible customer service ever before. Please find another company, look for at least a 4 star rating in this review it will be well worth it!!!! I later found out that AAA All Star Discount Auto Transporters rated 3 stars, I certainly question that rating. I give them 0 stars, but the delivery was great it only took 3.5 days to receive my van from pickup to delivery no with damages but nontheless my van was delivered over a week later than I expected.

| This SUV was picked up and delivered for customer. By customers own admission, his vehicle was delivered cross country in only 3 days from FL to CA for total cost of $799, which is the lowest price in the USA, by far. After order was placed he pulled the old switch-aro changing the vehicle from a tiny little Miata to a big old Toyota Van that takes up 2 spaces on any carrier. WE STILL SHIPPED IT AT $799. Then he imposed all kinds of restrictions, dates and times and told us car must be picked up and delivered to his orders. We explained that in shipping flexibility is the key, as there are no set times and dates. We are dealing with carriers that are transporting multiple cars on their truck and pick up and delivery is worked out according to carriers schedule. Customer was rude, verbally abusive and did not speak to us like a military person. Vehicle was picked up and delivered SAFE and SOUND and got across country in record time for a great price. |
