Customer service was good, but I never received one phone call from Cascade regarding shipping progress. Vehicle was delayed due to Pasha's shipping maintenance, which was not Cascade's fault, but i would've liked to have heard the news from Cascade instead of having to call Pasha directly. Vehicle arrived seven days later than expected, but still arrived in semi good condition. Pasha did leave some minor scratches on the vehicle, and I am now working with Pasha's claim department for repairs.

I am sorry if you feel that I didn't let you know that there was a delay. I was not informed until I checked the status with Pasha myself. They didnot inform us as well on any delays. I am sorry. I am also sorry to hear that there were a few scratches. I was not aware of this until now, you have not notified me. Again I am sorry for that. Please let me know if you need assistance with anything. I hope all is well and everything is ok after the scare the weekend. Take care.
