Review:

This being the first time having a vehicle transported, the whole experience was somewhat unsettling.
Some obversations: 1) encourage the vehicle owner to talk to the driver before actual pickup. It turns out we had a language challenge with the first driver/carrier. 2) Having to pay the driver with cash or cashier's check is limiting. As it turned out our vehicle was delivered a day early (on a Sunday), so obtaining a cashier's check was not possible and getting that much cash on a Sunday was not easy.
Now that this experience is over, would say much better prepared the next time our vehicle needs to be transported.
