Kimberley was excellent and seemed a bit frustrated that the drivers were not as prompt and efficient as she was. It took two weeks to find a driver to pickup the vehicle and then they would only do it for an amount higher than the quote. Time was of the essence and I accepted the higher amount only to have to wait for another 7 days for the driver to pickup the vehicle. The car was picked up and delivered with no damage. My only complaint is regarding the frustration of the constantly changing dates and terms which Kimberley kept me informed of the entire way.
Calls made to her were promptly returned and the best answers she had were given. I do not hold her responsible for the delays.
