I Do Not Recommend Direct Auto Express or R&G Transportation

Review:

I was told the Vehicle would be picked up with in 2 days of being assigned and delivered with in 3 days of being picked up. The Delivery Driver did not pick up the Vehicle with in 2 days and did not respond to multiple calls to find out when I should plan on having it ready. Calling the Broker Direct Express only resulting in telling me to call them.

After R&G Transport picked up the vehicle they did not call to inform me of when it would be delivered nor did they respond to multiple calls.

2 days later when they finally called back they informed me that it was a 6 day transit and Direct Express should have told me that it was 6 days and not 2 days. They also told me not to contact them (R&G) I should be calling Direct Express that the customer is not supposed to contact them directly. They said that is why Direct Express "takes $150 for nothing" (R&G's Words). When i contacted Direct Express to explain what R&G said they told me they would look into it and call me back. I never received a call back.

Would not Recommend either company.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. We actually did a great job on this one. Customer placed his order on Nov 3rd, it was picked up Nov 4th and his 1983 Toyota Tacoma was delivered in perfect condition on Nov 11th.. What is wrong with that? Nothing.

Some people use this review board as a weapon to get discounts that are not deserved. We did our job, the driver did his. Delivery was eight days from start to finish. Very good. I think you can tell that Marco is a high maintenance fellow.

We wish Marco lots of success in the future and hope that he gets this same excellent service elsewhere.
