Mike Griffin was quite helpful on the phone. It took a it of time to find a carrier, but not too long (I forget precisely).
The price was OK. Other highly rated brokers offered cheaper, but to be honest, there were too many gimmicks involved, and that was a headache. I was happy with A2B's no nonsense straightforward approach.
Note that while I put that the carrier was late to pick up in the information above (by about 2 days), it really wasn't their fault. The weather during those days was quite bad, with a bunch of blizzards.
The car arrived in good shape. It was quite dirty, but given the route it traveled, and the weather (blizzards, etc), I wasn't too concerned about it. The carrier was also quite good - it was easy to reach the driver by phone and he was quite nice.
I paid the carrier in cash, in case anyone is wondering.
