Pickup was earlier than I had expected which was a huge plus. I had a large antique truck transported from Oklahoma City to Dallas. Driver picked up my vehicle in OK around 3:30pm and said he was headed my way. Knowing the trip would be about 190 miles, and anywhere from 3-6 hours depending on pits stops,etc I expected the load to arrive sometime that evening. Around dusk I drove to the storage unit and begin to piddle around by clearing the storage unit space for my anticipated arrival. Hours went by and no truck. After waiting for a few hours at the storage unit I called to check status with the driver. The driver informed me he would no be delivering my vehicle that night and would instead be dropping off early the next morning. I was frustrated that I had wasted a few hours, but nothing serious. Looking back I should have contacted the driver two hours after pick up and spoke in detail of how we were going to arrange drop off, exact times, etc. I assumed when he said "headed that way" it would be dropped off to me that evening.
When the driver arrived, he was helpful and courteous while we unloaded the truck. I would do business with this group again, however in the future I will make a few more phone calls to the driver to check up on status in order to prevent future mix ups. The pricing I received was very competitive so I was happy in that regard.
