Subject: Definitely Would Recommend
Review:The person I delt with was very courtious and answered all my questions. My vehicle was shipped from Hawaii to the west coast and then went by open tractor trailer to my home in Kentucky. The only thing I didn't know and wasn't told was the name of the carrier that delivered my car to my home. I hadn't received this information until I received a telephone call from the driver stating that he would be late due to the weather. This was on a Saturday and I wasn't sure if I could get to the bank to get the carrier's money. Fortunatly I was able to so there wasn't a problem. This could have been a big potential problem because without the carrier's name I wouldn't have been able to get a certified check in time to pay the driver or if the bank had been closed I wouldn't have even been able to get enough cash in time. My only recommendatin would be for AutoStar Transport to let the customer know who the pickup/dropoff carrier is well before ( four to five days) the actuall pickup/dropoff date. Thank you AutoStar for getting my car to me quickly.
