I bought a truck on ebay, and had to get it to my home, only one state away, but it was in a rural, out of the way, location. Jim at Mercury was confident and knowledgeable about what it would take to get my new truck to my home. They had a company lined up in only a day.
As far as some feed back on the driver, John; he was a very nice guy, very kind and efficient. I will definitely suggest using him again if there is someone looking for a driver to transport their vehicle.
You can consider me a very satisfied customer, you found a driver quickly, and I am completely surprised how quickly you had resolved issues with the loss of the first transporter and found another. I will definitely recommend to anyone needing to ship a vehicle that they contact you for a quote.
While their quote wasn't the lowest one, they were over $100 less expensive than one of the other carriers I was contacting; and their confidence for getting it done made me feel very comfortable choosing them; and I'm glad I did.
