| Dishonest, Unprofessional, Neglect |
Assigned to Coval Transport and made arrangements for car to be picked up on Oct 27 instead they came Oct 26 so i worked around they're schedule. Gilbert NEVER picked up 98% of my phone calls and he was dishonest about what the status and where abouts of my car. Found out that pick up driver was not the same driver at drop off and that initial driver quit on the job left keys and delivery truck on the side of the road. Lied the entire way of transport saying they were 2 hours away but took 24 hours to deliver car. I was told that i will receive my car on Oct 30 but Received it on Oct 31 with major damages on my front bumper and undercarriage. Also Forged my signature stating i received the car in good condition. Unbelievable company! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE IN TOUCH! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I apologize that you feel, however I hope next time you be honest when writing a review.
ONE
You called us Saturday Oct 31st at 3:00,3:15,3:45,4:30,5:15,6:00,7:30 and 11:34 and at midnight.
You called Sunday Nov.1st at 7:30,8:15 ,8:45,9:15,10:30,11:10 and you are claiming that you never talked to us.???
We assigned Coval transport which we have used several times and never had a problem.
TWO
We assigned a 2 man team and they were brothers, so the phone number that we gave you was one of the brother’s numbers.
THREE
You put most of your stuff inside the vehicle which is not allowed in the transportation industry, but we tried to work it out for you for the carrier for the same price,
FOUR
Your car received two very minor scratches on the bumper, not MAJOR damage as you claim. We have the proof on the bill of lading that the carrier faxed us.
LASTLY
The carrier was more than willing to try and fix the problem, but you started cussing and swearing at the carrier. How do you think they could fix the problem?
