ok here it goes! i first hired transport sevices to pick up and deliver my 1961 for falcon wagon from cali to ny!waited 9 days for the car to be picked up from cali, finally the car was picked up on the ninth day,waited another week for it to get to ny. it arrives at my house 9pm at night. ok i deal with that so far!! now i discover the car wont roll off the flatbed. the driver hooked it under the a-arm and ball joint and pulled the whole right frontend forward about 5 inches!no i have the drive stop the prosess. have him call his office. he says he cant do anything,that i should pay the drive the ballance and sign the bill. and take it up with the ins. that these things somtimes happen. now ive been waiting for this car for weeks. im not about to let the driver take it back to his yard and worry about where its going or when im gunna get it back!!.i file my claimes,first adjuster says its not his company i have to file with . its the drivers truck co, that i have to file with(e-z towing0 now there is a third party involved. i get in contact with thier ins co. and the send another adjuster out for my claim. now im upset,but i figure im gunna finally get paid and get this restoration started. few day go by. adjuster get back to me and says?? there arent paying for the damages cuse i signed for the car!! i did sign(didnt read the fine print) i also had the driver make notes that it was damage too!! so now i got a damaged car far worse than it was! the trans co is about 2 hours away from me. small claims is gunna hear from me!!! dont anyone use these guys at all!! call me if you want or e-mail me ssang22@aol.com im taking thses guys down!! dot is my next stop!!! see ya in court fellas!!! s.....................
