I needed to transport my car,2005 GMC Yukon, and spoke with several brokers. Mercury was about the 10th or 12th company to call me. Even though I was already frustrated with the other companies that I spoke with, I was pleasantly surprised when I heard Jim friendly voice from Mercury. He knew from experience that I must have already been through the ringer with other companies and still proceeded with hi's explaination of how the auto transporting business works. No other company took the time to explain in detail how it worked. Because of Jim's explaination and professionalism, I gave him my business without any doubt or hesitation. To top it off, I received a phone call from Jim, the Dispatch Manager, the following day with the carrier's information who would be shipping my car. He, too, was extremely fun and pleasant to speak with. I would use and recommend Mercury Auto Transport to anyone and everyone. Thank you for your service.
