| Great Service from Cali to the Big Easy! |
I recently shipped my Jeep Wrangler from San Francisco, CA to New Orleans, LA. After researching numerous companies and reading several online consumer reviews, I decided to use Worry Free Auto Transport. Diane provided excellent customer service, I was given the direct cell phone number of my driver "Slavik" and was able to check in on the location of my vehicle at my desire. I was told that Worry Free would be able to schedule a pick up in San Francisco within 10 days of my initial call, but was advised that a driver would likely be in my area sometime that week. I received a call the very next day indicating that my car would be able to be picked up for transport not even 24 hrs after my initial call to Worry Free! My vehicle was picked up at my home in San Francisco on 9/16/2009 and arrived in New Orleans on 9/22/2009. Because I wasn't expecting such a speedy pick up I was slightly disorganized on my end. However, Diane and her team were extremely patient with me, making several calls and returning several calls to me and my contacts at the pick up location. Also, the convertible top on my Jeep was down, and the driver was nice enough to assist in securing the top properly before it could be loaded on the truck for transport. 6 days later, my vehicle arrived at my front doorstep (literally!) in New Orleans in pristine condition. The vehicle was a bit dusty from the long trip of over 2000 miles, but not a single scratch, or anything unusual was found upon my inspection after the vehicle's arrival in New Orleans. Not only was this company one of the most competitively priced (coming in with a quote $100-$150 cheaper than several other quotes I received) but they also provided speedy, high quality service. I will definitely be using them again to ship my car BACK to SF when the time comes. Thank you Worry Free for living up to your namesake and exceeding the expections of a first-time shipper of a treasured vehicle! I highly recommend this company for a truly "Worry Free" experience!
