I made arrangments with Ronnie at Regal 3 weeks before pickup date. Guaranteed me that the pickup would be no problem on my selected day as I was flying from Canada to Detroit to arrange car purchase and pickup all the same day. He never returned my calls, several times he was sending me e-mails with details, no e-mail. Guaranteed me he was sendinga receipt for the deposit, nothing happened. A half hour before I was boarding the plane to go to Detroit he tells me that it was a no go even though the day before it was "don't worry buddy I won't let yud down" what a bunch of crap. When I complained that he had guaranteed me the pickup I got told "Hey buddy this ain't FedEx" Every word out of Ronnies mouth was a lie and Regal cannot be depended on. Any positive reviews were likely from his friends and family. If you want to deal with professionals contact Accurate Auto Carriers. They turned a nightmare into normal business transaction.

We transported Bert's car successfully at his second requested date. Regal Auto transport does not ask its customers nor do we pay any of our customers to post reviews.
