Subject: Follow up service
Review:I hired Able Auto who then contracted Front Range Auto Transport LLC to move my used vehicle which I had purchased from a private individual .
Due to their truck being defective Front Range LLC choose to drive my vehicle over eighty miles to my home instead of using a transporter for the whole distance as I contracted for. They did not contact me for permission to drive my vehicle.
The vehicle had minor damage to the exhaust system from loading or unloading on the transport truck. It was leaking antifreeze and the driver had been riding the brakes. They were very hot.
The brakes have never had this problem since.
I filled out the claim forms, mailed them to both companies to get reimbursed for damage and mileage reimbursement and I have never received any phone call or e mail for ninety days.
After many phone calls I tracked down the insurance company for Front Range Auto LLC and my damage is less then the deductible.
Able Auto does not care about problems after they have the money.
