Subject: Double Charing
Review:My main complaint is that this company DOUBLE CHARGED me and doesn't respond back after the problem occurs. I paid my deposit on June 30 (the date payment was posted on credit card) and the remaining balance in cash on July 4 after receiving my car. On August 25 (8 weeks after the transaction is completed), they charged my credit card again for the deposit. It's been 11 days since August 25, and after 7 voice-mails to the customer's office, the accounting office, and even the supervisor's office plus an email that included confirmation of my original deposit, they still haven't paid me back for double charging.

Another issue I had deals with the driver who delivered the car, who requested detailed instruction to reach the destination after the address is provided. After thorough research in the destination area (I was just moving to St. Louis and therefore not familiar with the city) that included web searches of the local traffic department/my new company's transportation department and 4 calls to future colleagues (including future boss), I was able to provide a detailed plan for the driver (major routes wide enough for the truck, how to avoid traffic and construction, etc.). However, the driver called on the day of delivery saying that he didn't want to come to the agreed location because the routes I told him about are not wide enough, and he expected me to go to the neighboring state (Illinois, where he was at the time) to pick up my own car. My plan for him simply involved driving on freeway 40 (the no-construction part in St. Louis City) and Forestpark Pkway, one of the major roads here since it's adjacent to the hospital. The pick-up location is not even that close to my residence because I understand that the driver cannot enter residential area. Without even driving into the state, he somehow magically decided that the freeway/roads here aren't wide enough.

I chose the company based on the low cost, but I'm very disappointed with the service. I won't consider the company again and certainly won't recommend it to others.
