Subject: Buyer Beware
Review:Use this company at YOUR OWN RISK!!! When I originally called to get a quote and an idea of when my vehicle may be picked up and ultimately delivered the person answering my questions sounded very professional. The price seemed reasonable and the operator sounded like they knew what they were doing so I booked with them. When I was finally contacted by Able's subcontractor they gave me a pick up date later than I was expecting. I called Able and they said I was CONFIRMED for the date given but they would continue looking to see if they could find a carrier that could move my car sooner. I called back to Able at least 4 more times to make certain I was still confirmed and they assured me on every call that I was confirmed and they were still looking for an earlier pick up. I called the actual truck driver 5 days before my confirmed pick up to find out that he had canceled my pick up. To make a long story short, I needed the vehicle so I hooked up a car trailer and went and picked up the vehicle myself. I would not even consider booking with this company again.
