| Transport of E-Bay Auto Purchase |
This was a transport of an E-Bay Auto Buy It Now vehicle, so both myself and the seller had no experience with the transport carrier. Pick up in Maryland was promised by no later than Thursday afternoon, and was accomplished by 10:30am that day (Thursday). Delivery was scheduled for the following Friday. Driver called from Virginia, confirmed p/u, and said he'd be at our doorstep by 1pm on Thursday, a day ahead of schedule. Thursday arrived, received a 2-hour notice call at 11am, and at exactly 1pm, truck rolled up to our residence with vehicle ready to off load. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION from both Peter with the no bull quote, and Jeff with the transport info, and Jack, the driver of the carrier vehicle. Vehicle was delivered in excellent condition, ahead of schedule and at a price that I could not accomplish if I flew out there, paid for lodging, food and gas myself, not to mention the minimum 6 days of driving home. Would definitely use or refer again. Honest, straightforward, and reliable-this company excels in these three critical areas of customer service.
