My car arrived here in San Mateo from NYC with an additional 110 miles on it and 5/8 less in the gas tank! I know this as I checked mileage and gas before turning the car over to the man who picked it up. Alena's bill of lading has absolutely NO place to record mileage at pick-up or at delivery! Not at all like my prior auto shipping experiences. When questioned about it Alena laughed it off.

When I placed this order with Alena, she told me the car would be picked up on a truck and delivered on a truck. At each end of this transport someone drove the car from and to the destinations.

In addition, I have a T-top and the T-top shades were taken out of the top (I had placed them there for transport) and put on the passenger floor under a box I was shipping in the car. Neither my T-tops or the shades have ever been on the floor of my car. When not in the roof, they are properly stored in their bags and secured behind each seat.

Highly unethical, poor to no communications, inappropriate bill of lading. If you love your car and take very good care of it - avoid this business at all costs. She was no less expensive than several other bids I got.

PS I now know this business has a D+ rating with the BBB. I will do my homework far more thoroughly in the future.

First off i would like to state that all bills of lading are the same from company to company, which is a standard contract for all carriers. secondly the complaint about the gas used and mileage does not add up correctly interesting that we used less gas then the mileage corresponding to your vehicle? thirdly there is not rating amount on BBB so please do not falsify information to make yourself sound like you know what you are talking about. Also if you take a look at the Bill of lading the contract states we are not responsible for any loose things in or out of your car. So if you love your car next time make sure you do things properly and do not blame others for your mistakes. thank you.
