| Stressful waiting for delivery |
First of all, I should state that I actually used Cascade Auto Shipping, which then contracted this company to do the actual shipping.
To clarify on some of the points structure, I have to say the transport time was very fast. 7 days from coast to coast. commendable. the estimate they gave me was 9 days so this was 2 days early, which is awesome except they didn't call me in advance to let me know. Had I not happened to be free that day, I would not have been able to get there and receive it. And that is just not how I do business. They called me on the day of, literally 4 hours before delivery to let me know it has arrived. And it wasn't even the driver who called, so there was no ETA. It was literally "hey, your car will be delivered today" and from that, I guess we were supposed to assume that it'll be anytime before 12am. WHICH did not even end up happening btw. Since we're being technical, the delivery was at 12:05. Anyway, the point it, I was basically sitting by the phone waiting for their call for 4+ hours, which was NOT fun.
With that said, I do appreciate the fact that they seemed to have washed and waxed the car. And the items inside were not stolen.

| First i would like to say that we are always deliever on time and we have a strict policy of calling a minim. of 24 hours in advance. we did contact the customer and if they did not answer we leave a message and then try to call again later. We would like to clarify something- the customer is complaining that we were actually ahead of schedule? it seems alittle funny because usually that is something most people strive for. well aside from that the customer was not inconvienanced and to rate us with a 2 out of 5 is really unfair. thank you. |
