Great price, but early arrival caused me problems

Pros:
1. Great price
2. Car delivered 1-2 days early
3. Car undamaged


Cons:
1. Third-party carrier initially went to wrong pick-up location, so pick-up delayed by a few hours
2. Car delivered early despite multiple phone calls to make sure it would not arrive early(inconvenient for me, as I was not scheduled to arrive for another 24 hrs to receive it- luckily, I knew someone in town at the last minute who accepted the car for me)
3. Late-night phone calls to Stateway not answered by a live operator and messages not returned by next morning (24 hr service advertised)
