Failed to pick up our vehicle!

My husband is active duty military and we set up shipment for our vehicle through SunCoast due to military orders and needless to say there was a major lack of communication on this companys part and our vehicle was NEVER picked up! My husband and myself BOTH called this company NUMEROUS time which resulted in an answering machine and unreturned calls! The day before we left my husband FINALLY got ahold of a person who stated she would try and find a carrier asap and would call before closing, even though I stated before agreeing to the shipment that the car needed to be picked up no later then the 25th. Needless to say, there was no return call. E-mails to the broker were unprofessional and I was left with not knowing what the next step was in the shipping process. Even though they have a BBB score of A- I would highly recommend NOT using this company. If you read other reviews on this site others have also had the same experience.

This customer booked with us and we never heard from them again. They never sent in the authorization forms required for transport and have not returned a single call of ours. It is quite impossible to transport a vehicle when we cannot be in contact with our customers and do not have the required forms signed and sent in to us. This is told to each and every person upon time of booking to avoid any delays in the transport process.
